新卒で大手不動産デベロッパーに入社し、これまで10年間にわたり、マンション、商業施設、ホテルなど多岐にわたるプロジェクトに携わる。
プライベートでは旅行とゴルフが趣味で、小学生と幼稚園児の二児の父。

私がアパートメントホテルという宿泊形態に強い関心を持つようになったのは、家族旅行の経験からでした。
小さな子どもを連れての旅行では、従来型のホテルではどうしても手狭で、キッチンや洗濯機といった設備がないことが不便に感じる場面が多々ありました。
そうした経験から、「もっと自由に、もっと快適に滞在できる宿泊先があればいいのに」と考えるようになり、自らアパートメントホテルの開発に携わりながら、その魅力を広めていきたいと思うようになりました。

My deep interest in apartment hotels comes from my own experience traveling with family.
With young children, I often found traditional hotels too cramped, lacking the everyday conveniences like a kitchen or laundry that can make a stay much more comfortable.
That experience made me realize the value of more spacious and flexible accommodations, especially for families and long-term guests. Since then, I’ve become passionate about not only developing such properties myself, but also helping to introduce them to a wider audience.
